Reaching the Whole Child COMPASS Convening Series
Building stronger systems of support for young people across COMPASS communities

About the Convening

Every young person in a COMPASS program deserves to feel safe, supported, and able to grow. This two-day virtual convening brings together leaders involved in planning and decision-making for the COMPASS launch from Elementary and SONYC programs.

This year’s convening focuses on strengthening organizational and launch readiness across key areas of the new COMPASS RFP.

This convening is part of DYCD Capacity Building’s broader work supporting providers through the new COMPASS contract cycle, including ongoing technical assistance and peer learning.

  • Engage leaders in peer learning and reflection across organizational contexts and experiences
  • Surface field feedback to shape how TA providers design ongoing capacity-building support
  • Build peer and TA relationships that will carry leaders through implementation
