Program

The COMPASS Convening Series offers a variety of interactive learning sessions designed to support organizational leaders in preparing for the upcoming program year and strengthening the systems that help young people thrive. Sessions will explore topics including mental health and social-emotional learning, inclusion and accessibility, safety and crisis oversight, quality improvement, data-informed decision-making, financial management, organizational leadership, and youth development practices.

Who Should Attend?

This convening is intended for leaders involved in planning and decision-making for COMPASS programs, including Executive Directors, Program Directors, senior leadership, and staff responsible for oversight of program quality, operations, finance, compliance, mental health supports, and youth development initiatives.

Bringing Your Team

This convening is designed for organizational decision-makers. For multi-site organizations, this typically includes Executive Directors and senior multi-site leaders. For single-site organizations, this may include the Executive Director and/or Program Director.

Review the available sessions and choose those most relevant to your organization's priorities. If different leaders oversee different functional areas, you may wish to register multiple team members so the appropriate decision-maker can participate in each session.

How Registration Works

1. Review the At-a-Glance Schedule to explore available sessions by day and time.
2. Select Learn More to view and register for the individual session(s) you would like to attend during each time block.
3. Each session page includes:
   • Session title and description
   • Session length
   • Facilitator name(s), bios, and headshots
   • Organization information and resources

Session Capacity

Some sessions may have limited capacity to support participant engagement and interaction. If a session reaches capacity, it will be marked as full and unavailable for additional registrations. Participants are encouraged to select an alternate session during that time block.
