Program & Session Registration

Register, create your account, and reserve your sessions for the Reaching the Whole Child COMPASS Convening Series, June 24–25, 2026.

Why create an account

Creating your account gives you access to the convening platform and to the recordings of every session. All sessions are recorded and available to you on the platform after the convening, so you can return to them as a resource through the end of the year. If a session you want reaches capacity, you will still be able to watch the recording.

How registration works

1. Create your account using the link and invitation code in your registration email.
2. Review the Program (below) to explore sessions by day and time.
3. Select "Learn More" on a session to view details and reserve your seat.
4. Some sessions are offered in different versions for single-site and multi-site leaders. Choose the version that fits your organization.
5. You will receive a confirmation email with the access link for each session you reserve. Save these and add each session to your calendar.

Session capacity

Some sessions have limited capacity to support engagement. If a session is full, it will be marked as such; you can select an alternate session for that time block, and all sessions will be recorded and available on the platform afterward.

Who should attend

This convening is for leaders involved in planning and decision-making for COMPASS programs: Executive Directors, Program Directors, senior leadership, and staff responsible for program quality, operations, finance, compliance, mental health supports, and youth development. For multi-site organizations, this typically includes EDs and senior multi-site leaders; for single-site organizations, the ED and/or Program Director. If different leaders own different areas, you may want to register more than one person so the right decision-maker is in each session.

Sessions cover the areas COMPASS providers are working through for the new program cycle: mental health infrastructure, social-emotional learning, inclusion and accessibility, safety oversight, human resources and hiring, and financial and contract management, along with the systems, observation, and data practices that support a strong launch. Each session is built to produce something you can use, a plan, a self-assessment, or a working tool you leave with.
